They strung me along for 2 months, promising 3 different dates and I had to hire an insurance consultant to investigate and then they totaled my car. They boarded up the side of the car in 0 degree weather before I got all my belongings out of the car. Worst experience with a body shop in my 62 years of life.

Each time I've utilized Able something isn't done properly. Two other times I returned and had Able correct the issue, which they pleasantly did, but this time it was just quicker to repair the concern myself. The three concerns seemed quite apparent to me, and I'm a nurse not an auto tech guy, so it makes me wonder if quality control measures are in place.

When I picked up my truck, I found that the driver's side mirror was not attached. Later, I notices that the passenger side drive lights would not shut off. I assumed that this was the result of a short or bad connection. In the process of looking for the problem, I discovered that Able, had disconnected all of the lights and wiring harness from the back bumper and never reattached them. Since I had driven to Kenai in the rain and snow, the actual wiring connection was full of water and dirt. As a result, I spent time laying on my back in the slush and on ice, trying to clean up the connections. By the time that I at least got the connections clean enough so that the drive lights would shut off, I was soak, wet and cold. Needless to say, I was not satisfied with your service.

I called to ask a question about when the parts would be in after my inspection. (while I still was in possession of my car) and after calling I was told that they were in. I dont know if the parts came that same day or what. But it didn’t seem like they were in a hurry to try to get my car in to get it fixed. But once it was fixed it’s as good as new. And they did it in a timely manner!
