I dont believe that the truck was washed. I noticed overspray or something and the guy said just run it through a car wash and it should go away. If it doesnt then we have chemicals to remove it. Thats total bs. He should have taken care of it right then. Oh well.

Completely dissatisfied. You replaced the rear quarter panel and the turn signal and break light don’t work post pick up. Really horrible job. $2800 and 9 working days and it’s STILL NOT FIXED. Can I rate you with a negative number. Now we have to bring the car back on Monday morning. I would advise anyone to go else where. I will advise my insurance to take you off the list. 5 weeks since the assessment and it’s still not fixed. Does anyone at (not) Able look at the work before they give it back to the customer - apparently not.

Everything with able body shop was great. The only issue that we had, was the gentleman that talk to my wife was short and rude to her. This was the only unappreciated dealings we had with able body shop. The front staff the mechanics and all of the other folks are absolutely great and wonderful and knowledgeable. I appreciated all of the information as they updated me on the truck and the progress that was being made. We do thank you for all that you did and yes we would recommend You to others.

Said the vehicle was done. Came from Fairbanks to pick it up and found a bunch of problems. Now waiting for issues to be fixed before I can head back home. Issues I found were, grease on the drivers seat, front license plate/ valance damaged, overspray on the undercarriage and tires, paint on bed panel edge rough, test drove vehicle and found the alignment is out and truck pulls hard to the the right and a warning for the back up sensors error came on.

Friendly staff, very good updates on status. Wish I could have discussed options for repair timing to allow work to have been done while I was away at the Slope. Missed a week of summer camping with the truck in the shop unfortunately.

My car looks fantastic, just like brand new! But on the negative side, I had loose change in middle cup holder section, and all silver coins were taken, left the pennies, Just thought you should know that But car looks great!!!

The repairs are great, the timing was not. I got a text saying the vehicle was done and made difficult arrangements to get there and pick it up. It was not done.

They did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle! They did a great job blending the paint because the damage was along the plastic bumper and along the wheel well and by the time they were finished you couldn’t tell where the car was struck. They kept me up to date daily with the progress of the repair and made this entire process extremely easy. They detailed the inside and out and made my car look brand new!
