The car's exterior looks absolutely wonderful. It is better than expected. However, I would have liked if the staff had been more diligent while putting the vehicle's interior back together. My head rest in the back seat passenger side was not put back, the c pillar interior panel on the passenger side now has a broken clip and grease finger prints on it (the interior is cream color), and the rear window had what appeared to be dried sweat over a good portion of the inside. Finally, before my vehicle was brought to Kistler for body work it had edge guards on all four of the doors, those were removed and not replaced. I did communicate with Annie, I believe her name is, regarding the door guards. She told me that she would order them and give me a call when the parts came in. I do not wish to get anybody in trouble, and overall I am very satisfied. I do hope that the small issues that I do have get resolved. It would be greatly appreciated.

Repair looked great. Especially grateful to them for straightening up the clutter in our vehicle. Very unnecessary but very much noticed and appreciated.

I am very disappointed in the condition of the paint on the quarter panel near the trunk. There was nothing wrong with it when I brought the car in now it looks lousy.

Issue wasn't resolved after work was performed and paid for. Was told over the phone that the issue was resolved, but after picking up my vehicle I discovered that was not the case

No need to call, there was 2 blemishes on the paint job. They buffed the one out before we left. The other one we was told they would have to completely re paint. My concern is it slow down have been checked really good before we were called saying it was done. We chose not to have it re-painted because we was reassured that it would not affect our lease at the end of the lease. Thank you

I could not be happier with the outcome of my car. It actually looks better than when I bought it. It looks like a new car now. The Body Shop people and the Geico representative did an excellent job. I have to admit I was a little bit apprehensive about taking a GM vehicle to a Ford dealership but you guys really did an excellent job. Thank you.

It's nice to only have one stop for an insurance claim instead of 3.
