I spoke with Jerry before I left about some concerns I had and he assured me that Nick from Service would call me. I waited all day for Nick to call and nothing. I'm really beginning to believe that Kistler Ford is in it for the money alone,not customer service.

Lack of communication is very frustrating. When you guys change the date the vehicle is gonna be done everyday is frustrating.People make plans on the information you guys give them. I will not be a returning customer...CUSTOMER SERVICE ****..

I can't believe you detailed my car! I transport dogs in it! The dogs are in cages but still, there was plenty of fur and mud and you cleaned it! Wow! Tell the detailing team they did an incredible job. Seriously!
