After I did the required coordination with GIECO, I brought my vehicle to the shop to get it repaired from a very very minor damage. They told me it will take about a week and I can pickup it no later than Friday . I agreed with it even though the damage didn’t require all this time. when I called them on Friday they told me it will be ready by the end of the day and they will call me later on the afternoon to come and pickup thecar. Unfortunately, they shut down their door without even calling me or telling me “ help yourself and enjoy your weekend without car” . Unstatisfactory experience
