We couldn't be happier. We were kept updated throughout the process, our car was ready three days early, and is was washed and detailed when we picked it up! We were so pleased that they were willing to work with us when we asked if they would use some tires we had already bought while doing our repairs. Round one of the repair process was half done and very unsatisfactory. It required several more days to make the job acceptable. The hood was crooked as well as the trim around the fender well. The side light on the driver side was falling out. The driving lights were screwed up and it just was a cheap job. It just looked like it was thrown together just to get it done. I would never recommend your body shop to any of my friends or family.

The emails were great BUT, we found out they weren't accurate. It took an extra week beyond the date we'd been told. And no one kept us up to date on when it would actually be ready. We had to call a number of times and when we did it took "forever" to get to talk with someone who knew anything about what was happening.:-(

I was never called or updated once I dropped my car off. My insurance company called a week and half after I dropped it off to see what was going on and they said it would be done by the next Wednesday. Wednesday I never heard anything so I called that next Friday. They said the part just came in and it would be done that day and they would call. My fianc? talked to someone online and they were supposed to ask if we could pick the car up Saturday. She said she would find out and call me but she never called. I finally called several days later and was told they thought I was going to pick it up Saturday.
The bottom line is my car was in the shop for three weeks and I did not once get a phone call to tell me what they were doing or that they were waiting for a part.

While the repairs seem ok, two things seemed surprisingly careless: ****) after cleaning the car, the rubber floor mats were left in the trunk, and 2) the console cup holders were removed and left in the glove compartment. Both took a moment to fix, but it gave an overall impression that someone wasn't paying attention to detail. No need to call, but it just gave an impression of skipping the little details.

The condition of vehicle unpon being returned was superb, however I had requested that my aftermarket headlights be changed over to the new headlight assembly. The reason is that these aftermarket bulbs are expensive and now I am faced with having to go out and purchase a new set. I had called up a d expressed my concern two days ago and haven't heard anything back yet. If you are interested I can be reached at ***-***-****.
