Don’t bother calling I sold the car. Got it back with a scratch on the hood and the plastic wasn’t even lined up. If I was keeping the car I would’ve brought it back but it’s gone now so I do not care.

Eric, (I hope I’m remembering correct name) was very courteous and professional from my first encounter with him. He called and updated me on status. My car was ready before promised. It looked great! The repair looked good. My car was clean and shiny including the tires. I would definitely recommend Axelrod.

The rental car situation could have been better they should have had a rental car there for me to get into and be able to go home not have to go up there and get it it'd be a lot easier on people if you just have a rental car there other than that they did a great job
