The one of things that was supposed to be fixed wasn’t done at the time of the pick up and I had to come back again after they fix it. To avoid that they have to check it before calling the customer and tell me it’s ready

Rick and team were extremely helpful and accommodating. They took car of everything: coordinating with rental car company and insurance company. Process was a breeze thanks to them. Additionally the staff was very friendly and professional. Will come back if needed and would recommend to anyone.

My compliments to Maria on her engaging personality. And thanks to Rick for his competence in his explanations of the work that needed to be done by your firm. I’m glad it was covered by insurance. I should also thank the lady who backed into our car while I was visiting my friend. She was gracious to leave her first nane and telephone number so I could use her insurance instead of our own.
