Rick of course is a huge asset to your facility. I’ve been up multiple times on the last few months - series of unfortunate events - and he treats myself and my family with a huge sense of pride. Handled all my calls and issues completely and effectively. Pleasure to do business here. This last incident was an accident out of town d with my kid - he did all he could to make it go smoothly.
