I liked how quickly Palm fixed and returned my car. A suggestion, please check the tire pressure before returning the car to me. If you checked the pressure, then ignore my comment. A week after I received the car from Palm, all my tires had low pressure. Thank you for listening.

Wow!!! That’s wow in a great way. I dropped my car off last Tuesday 5/7/19. It was ready this Tuesday 5/14/19. They gave me updates often through phone calls and text msgs. The msgs were very detailed and I never had to worry about what was happening. In addition, all of the interaction that I had was professional and very kind. They even washed my car and when I saw it it looked brand brand new. Everything was made stress free for me, which I really appreciated. I WILL recommend them to my friends & family for sure!! #highlysatisfied
