Upon receiving my serviced vehicle, I repeatedly asked if my car had any outstanding issues I should be aware of. I was repeatedly told that “everything was fine” in a tone that implied I worried excessively and was being annoying with my questions. After arriving home I discovered that my car’s manual lock system did not work. I did not think to test it myself while at Service King, because I felt pushed out of the service center quickly and felt as if I had overstayed my welcome. Now my cars lock system is faulty and will be an ongoing safety issue.

Mark, who was my representative was very friendly and helpful, but my vehicle was NOT totally repaired and i had to habe it towed again shortly after i picked it up due to it running hot as it did before and still leaking antifreeze.

Upon going to pick up my car. The techs had oil fingerprints all on the insise of my leather seats. My claim rep at service king said the detail person called out but thats not my problem. He attempted to clean the car on the inside. Also upon me conducting a walk around there was bubbles on my window siding panel. Im very satsisifed as I couldn't believe they were going to give me my car back in that condition. I took the rental car for another day. Hopefully my car is up to standards and will be ready for pickup some time today.

Fixed the collision damage to my car, but when I picked my car up, their was a small chunk of rubber missing from one of my tires (opposite side of the collision) that wasn’t damaged before I brought it in to you guys.
