The only thing I would suggest is not to call customer until car is detailed and ready for pickup. I got excited when they told me it was done at 2 pm, but then couldn't p/up until next morning because held up in detailing.

They had my car for 31 days for just body work - when I called to check the status I was transferred all around or left on eternal hold- Enterprise can't get a hold of your accounts payable department to bill for the additional days of car rental. Enterprise stated they would credit my personal account if they could get a purchase order number. Please assist in any way you can. Thank you
