Installed the wrong bumper. Bumper is shorter than the OE bumper. Now I need to drive back to Cox and negotiate with Geico Rep. This should never have been installed in the first place. I'm sure someone noticed this. I would like to understand if Geico pushed to install this bumper to save cost! It's definitely not OE bumper.

First car is not washed well lot of dirt and connection with top of gas tenk it’s not connect with holder how was. windows are dirty too and long waiting suppose to be done by 4,5 days tooked a while .

The only issue we had was the web address you gave me said my vehicle would be done at 4:53 on Thursday and when we called to check Thursday afternoon we were told not to go by that and that you would call when it was done. Why have it if you can't go by it. I was told by text my car was ready at 7 am. What was done between closing last night and 7 am that I couldn't get my car yesterday? I am very happy with the work done just comments.

While most of the work was done well, there was a chip on the front passenger door that was missed. I took it bak in to be fixed. When i picked it back up, the dent of the chip was still there and it looked like it was filled in with with a Sharpie. Furthermore, as I drove off I discovered obvious damage to the steering wheel. It is almost like a grater was taken to it and it is cut up along about 6 inches. Very disappointing.
