No need to contact me. The only problem was that a part from my car was missing when I received my car again. The shop found the part, but if I hadn't noticed it, it would've been a huge inconvenience.

Cox has repaired my car twice in the past 2 years. The work they did was just fine. The problem I have is that both times I asked for an estimate to have other minor body repairs done at the same time. This last time I also asked for an estimate on window tinting. When my husband went to pick up the car, he asked about the estimates and no one new anything about it. When I left the car last Tuesday, a gentleman was actually marking all of the spots after I had indicated which ones we wanted repaired, which indicates that they were aware of my request. I am very disappointed that Cox is only interested in insurance claims and doesn't desire doing body work or window tinting for the convenience of its customers willing to pay for additional services. I'm sure there is an explanation for why this happened, but an explanation does not satisfy the convenience factor of having everything done at once.

The repairs took several days longer than I was told. I was told it was because they had to order another part, but they should have notified me sooner than they did. However, the repairs were done very well and I am overall happy with the service I received. Thank you!

Car was at shop for about two months then when I was called to pick up vehicle it's was incomplete, missing major components which made me wonder if it was inspected before released . Had to make new arraignments with rental company
