So not happy about keeping my truck for 18 days , and it’s still not done I picked it up with no tailgate , they ordered and painted the wrong tailgate ! Omg I thought they ordered parts from the vin number ????

Miss communication, I was initially given a date to pickup my vehicle which was 12/4, actually pick up date 12/19. Asked Mr. Duquette to email me information via email which he said he would but never sent. Until I called him the following day, his excuse “I am too busy, that’s why I didn’t send it”. Who’s responsible for the 15 extra días I have the rental car? I know Geico will pay, but in the long run it would come out of my pocket because of the increase in my premium. Over all I was very disappointed with the service.
