I have taken my cars to Cox several times now and this will be the last time I ever have there body shop work on my vehicle. I was once again so disappointed that my car wasn't done right! The paint on the door was just touched up with paint and the wheel well screws weren't even flush. I had a gap by the window and at that point I asked to speak with a manager. He saw the problem right away and agreed they didn't fix it right. I was put back in my rental car and my car was in the shop for another three days. I'm also very upset with the way they deliver your car with it's finished there's always shot on it and they do a terrible wash job. I believe my three year old grandson could do better. What a terriable body shop and for them to let a 2016 car go out that way shame on them!

More than twice the expected rental car cost of 300 on top of a
500 deductible. The door panel plastic trim still needs to be finished off.
The interior of the car smells of Paint! As in paint shop
