First of all I have to say a huge thanks to Tom G every time I came in he was always very quick to respond to every customer when it was crazy busy, he handled it very well! My insurance company wanted to total my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee which would have been the second total loss that I would have had within 4 months ! Neither accident was my fault, then to hear that they wanted to total my second brand new jeep was devastating ! If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have gotten my jeep back. He fought with the insurance company just as hard as I did and it seemed like they just wouldn't settle so one day I got the call from Tom stating the insurance finally settled and agreed for cox to fix my jeep! They really pushed this and made it happen for me. I think this place is amazing and the body work they did on my jeep was perfect! I'd say it looks better now than what it did before the accident! I can't thank them enough for everything he did for me. Highly recommended ... I'm so thankful and so happy

I am sorry to say, not completely, because the bumper does not appear to be entirely level after such a complete replacement. But then again, it is just an "old truck". I do appreciate the speed within which it was done and the constant updates. >> H. Anderson
