I just want to say this claim experience was without any shadow of a doubt was the best I've EVER experienced from the time I drove onto your lot to drop off my vehicle until the day I picked up my vehicle and drove off the lot. Everyone we encountered at Cox went out of their way and without even being asked directed us to the right location. The Cox, GEICO and Enterpise representatives couldn't have been nicer or more professional taking care of my claim and making sure I was totally comfortable as I am temporarily handicapped and having some difficulty getting around. They all thoroughly explained the process and I was in my rental and on my way in not more than 15 minutes. Picking up my car was no less satisfying. The vehicle prep for pick up was the cherry on top and I'd like to thank everyone at Cox and associates for a job well done. You can bet I will be sharing this with everyone I know. Sent me to wrong area, got out of car with possessions, went to wrong office, sent around entire building to other side, took possessions back in car and drove to other office. I am disabled, walk with cane, so especially hard on me. Motioned to black lady sitting at entrance who sent me to wrong place - she refused to come. EXHAUSTED!!!

The repair time was extended thtee times and I wasn't satisfied with the communication I received about the delays, then I wasn't called when it was done, I had to call to ask why it wasn't done and was told that I should have been called the day before that it was done. Finally, something happened to my tire pressure inficators and they no longer work properly.

Great communication, so friendly! So nice to work with you all!

Loved the drop off appointment having everything ready worked out a lot quicker then I had imagined. Then to pick up my car today and it was nicely cleaned inside and out made it even more enjoyable!

They kept me well informed at every stage of the repair. They where also available to answer any questions that popped into my head. Wonderful team that works well together!

Excellent overall customer service. Just understand that if you work you only have till 5:30 or you you will find a locked gate keeping you from reaching the body shop. Found my way around it and once I did, staff was still there and immediately took care of me.
