As I sent text when I arrived home. My hum was disconnected and left in center console. I had to take my vehicle to Verizon to reconnect it. It may seem trivial to your office but I was upset. Rather than return to the shop I took vehicle and insert to Verizon. Heads up for your with future repairs. Vehicle was repaired and that was only problem encountered.

****) the insurance quote/work process was very slimy feeling, like I was being coerced to have the work done at Cox without other options. I felt very pressured by Cox rep and Geiko rep. 2) I was called to come in and pick up car after work was completed - when I got there they realized they didn’t install something correctly and I had to wait over an hour for them to replace a wiring harness - so obviously the work wasn’t completed properly, or checked appropriately after completion, by the technicians. 3) After reviewing the replacement bill, I saw lots of used parts and LKQ parts used on body work - so obviously Cox made a lot of money off of that to the insurers quote, and I wasn’t ever asked if I wanted OEM or aftermarket or salvage parts, so I would have definitely been better off taking insurance money for quote and my services elsewhere... 4) in addition to this, geiko also saved a lot of money having acid koan me out one of their fleet instead of going through enterprise - more money that didn’t get out into MY pocket, but rather was manipulated into Cox’s pocket. I’m just very disappointed. Could have at least detailed my car upon returning it to me....

I think they did a great job with repairs. It looks great! Only thing I was not pleased with is my vehicle was in detail for half the day on my pick up day and the vehicle was very dusty all over dash, doors etc. I know it needed to be vacuumed before drop off but that was it. Thank you!

Very satisfied with the overall service from beginning to end. Congratulations again and thanks to the gentleman, that I had helped me, when I first dropped off our car. He is expecting his first grandchild, a granddaughter. Also another thanks to the woman at desk, who walked me to the payment part of the service department.
