Customer service was beyond amazing!! Andy helped me from the day I dropped off my vehicle to the day I picked up. Vehicle repair looks amazing! Also, having a Enterprise in the same area as Lens made it super convenient !!

I have dealt with Andy on two occasions and he is always personable and professional. He handles all communication with USAA in making all the necessary repairs, as well as, keeping me informed as to the progress of the repair process. I’m very pleased with the service I (and my family) have received from Len’s Auto Body over the years, and it’s comforting to know that I have an established, reputable company I can count on for my auto body needs that is stress-free for me.

Customer service

Len’s Auto Body was the first shop recommended by the rep from my USAA auto insurance. I asked what criteria they go by when making a recommendation, such as zip codes since they are out of state. She said by reviews and feedback. I will be pleased to add my own glowing review. The atmosphere when walking into Len’s Auto Body was friendly although busy and I was given good customer service. My vehicle was given a quick inspection, taking measurements while I was still there and letting me know it would take till the followingy Monday and I was assured my car would look real pretty again. Only three days later my car was finished and it not only was real pretty but I could see they had washed it. Len’s Auto Body does beautiful work with a quick turnaround. Amazing service and excellent customer service.

My experience was so simple. I contacted my insurance company, they contacted you. I brought the car in on a Saturday. You had it back to me by Friday. It was great to have the Enterprise Car Rental Right There. So I could get a rental while the car was in the shop. It was great that you texted me and called me to tell me the steps that were being taken and getting the car repaired. I'm very satisfied
