We are overall very pleased with the repairs done by you however Jonathan said there was a crack in one of the back tail lights. The truck was clean and the repair work was great. We are still unhappy and not satisfied with the wrecker service. Our son is still missing his sunglasses. We will gladly recommend your body shop to others. You were very nice to work with.

My car looks good, even drives better after the repairs. At least that's the it seem on the way home! I didn't know that all the parts had to be taken off the way they were shown on the Nationwide repair tracker (or whatever it's called). That was awesome to see as they went step by step! I just wanted to feel safe driving my car after the accident , we couldn't see any damage because of where I was hit but because they the car apart and check and repair what needed it I feel a lot safer now and I had a guarantee on their work! I wish I could afford to get my other repairs done with you all, time will tell! Thanks for a job well done! Linda R

I feel as if my car was treated as if it were yours. I appreciate the care my car was given. Everyone was very friendly.

When I went pick up my vehicle I find trash in the newly finished bumper and also unfinished edges along the bottom of the lift gate. I had to leave the vehicle over night for repair. This cost along with time away from work! When I returned the following day and again still found trash in the finish and a poor repair job on the edges. A rep attempted to sand out the remaining trash and chipped the new finish then touched it up and asked me to stop back by and they would sand down the touch up. Great more of my time to be wasted and a great finish on my new 2015 Explorer with 3,000 miles. I went to your shop looking for the quality that you state that you stand behind with your great name and long time service in the Traid. I feel I could have just went to the Ford dealer and got anyone to do the repair! Oh let's not forget the sales rep that lets you know time and time again that my trashy poor quality chipped finish has a lifetime guarantee on the finish and workmanship! Guess it's already a failure, wouldn't you say?
