All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. I love the results of my car repair! My car looks wonderful and I couldn't be more pleased. Greg Beeman is very knowledgeable and helped me through the insurance red tape. Thank you to everyone who works at Suburban Collision! You're the best!

I did mark that "yes", I was completely satisfied with my Suburban Collision experience. However, I need to note a few points that would have made it better. ONE)If communication channels between Suburban, Tesla sevice in Lyndhurst, Progressive Claims Rep and myself would have been more thorough and integrated, it would have made for a better experience and frankly would have resulted in getting the car back sooner. TWO) I was told that the car needed to be returned to Suburban to be detailed so that I could pick it up, but the car was not detailed when I picked it up. ( No problem- it's just that it added to the 6 weeks I was without the car). All in all, the actual body work seems to be absolutely perfect, though and that's the main thing! Thank you!

They did a great job, and my car was back to me when they said it would be. I would definitely use suburban collision again and will refer them to my friends.

Larry was very personable & responsive. My suggestions for improvement include: ****. De-clutter the office, work areas should be clear & orderly. 2. The parking lot could be organized with painted lines at low cost. 3. Badly wrecked cars should be in the back, repaired gleaming high end cars should be up front. 4. The office area should be swept or shop vacuumed twice daily. 5. The attitudes of the two gentlemen at the separate desks are dismal, they seemed to prefer to discourage business rather encourage it. 6. Their attitudes are contagious. 7. Debbie, the front desk lady seemed miserable.. These action items cost little or nothing, yet a emensely rewarding. Leadership here is a serious problem

The original drop off at North Olmsted was great. But then I was told it was moved to Berea. From there, I received several different times as to when the car would be completed. When I questioned why I got a text saying it was done, I was told to ignore those. The car was not returned to North Olmsted like it was supposed to be. I drove home from Berea, and to work the next morning before realizing that the front license plate was never put back on. When I called about it the person I talked to was not apologetic, but asked me if it was in my trunk. I was at work and so I asked him wasn't he going to check the shop for me? After being put on hold, sure enough it was there in their shop. They didn't offer to bring it to me or to North Olmsted which was 2 minutes from my work. I had to drive back to Berea without a front plate. When I got out of the car at Berea I realized the entire parking lot was full of broken plastic, metal and glass pieces, which I would have just driven through to park. Yet everyone was just standing around when I walked in, at least 6 people that I saw. I don't know who decided to move the car to Berea, but because of that I would not recommend Suburban.
