Took almost two weeks for a fairly minor repair. Bondo dust was all over drivers seat, rear hitch not even touched still had paint transfer from crash. "New" replacement wheel has scratches and was filthy with grease. When we complained the fix was to remove some Not all of the paint transfer on the hitch. The wheel had been buffed which created large rub marks on a black gloss wheel. The scratches were still very visible. Will never return or recommend this shop to anyone.

Although the bodywork is all spot-on, I requested an alignment be performed after the accident. I was told there was no need for an alignment and that a road test was performed. The vehicle was 10k miles old. On the same day that I picked up the car, the dealership had to align the front right and rear left wheel on the vehicle.

The repairs appear to have worked out just fine. We only picked up the car yesterday. I was frustrated by the email communication about the progress on our repair. According to the emails, my car was supposed be ready Friday at 2:59. We arrived at 3:15 to pick it up only to be told that we should've waited for a phone call from the repair shop. I do not understand the purpose of the emails, if they are not giving me accurate information. It was not a huge problem, but an annoyance. We returned about 90 minutes later to collect the car.
