Repairs that were done were perfect. However suburban & state farm declined to fix rear seat release. While they said this was normal wear & tear. Seat functioned properly before accident. Staff was very professional Liked the text updates.

The text message updates from your company were very reassuring throughout the process. My car was finished ahead of schedule which was great because I love my car much more than the rental I was stuck with. The car looked fantastic when I got it back; the wheels had even been cleaned and polished. I did find a smidge of white paint on it when I picked it up but when I brought it to your team's attention, they were very professional and cleaned it up right away. Thank you so much for making this experience as painless as possible.i hope my vehicle is never in another accident but if it is, I'll be sure to bring it back to suburban collision.

The terrible experience was lightened by the service that I received. The rental car was there waiting on me when I arrived. I explained that I wS soon leaving town due to my wedding anniversary. I felt everything was done to accommodate me. I received messages every step of the way. When I returned the guys remembered my anniversary and my destination. I must say I am thankful and impressed.
