I really appreciated the status updates from CarWise however they were focused on the non-important issues and not the true status of the repair. The repairs on the car took over two weeks and the only updates were multiple immaterial start and finish but no progress updates. I am 100% satisfied with the work that Suburban Collision had performed, even with the delay on the repair as a supervisor found an imperfection in the repair and held the car to ensure that the work was done correctly.

Wally was great to work with from the start, but all the staff were really nice and helpful. I really appreciated being listened to about not replacing parts that worked, but perhaps had a cosmetic issue like a minor scratch. This saved me money, which was important because I did not want to make an insurance claim. I also appreciate the thorough communication throughout the process. Overall great experience.

From the detailed estimate I received, how you guys communicated with State Farm and Enterprise for me, to the final rundown of what was replaced and fixed.
