Impressed how clean the interior was pristine . The e=-mailswere helpful to a point but the delivery date and time was changed to the next day shortly before the time we left from Lakewood which caused us to make an unnecessary trip because we did not check our e-mail every hour. The workmanship is excellent and your facility is recommended by USAA insurance.. This is the 3rd time I have used Suburban

I was impressed with the way everything was taken care of! I showed up, they were completely ready for me. They had me step outside with them for the inspection of the vehicle so they knew what damage was being repaired-they didn't just assume what was being repaired and send me off. The paperwork was very minimal, but they went to the trouble to think of everything! They requested temporary Power of Attorney so I wouldn't need to be bothered to sign the insurance check over to them when it came in for payment. Then they invited me to have a seat with coffee, tea or water. They called the rental car company for me to shuttle me to get my rental. They had a handy texting service to give me updates automatically. They were able to pull up my info promptly when I called (and they have great hours--8:30-6 is great for working professsionals!). When I returned to pick up my car, they provided a small packet with lifetime warranty on the repairs and took care of returning the rental for me. When I got in my vehicle, I noticed they had detailed the interior (or at least vacuumed very well). That was very nice, and unexpected! 10/10 experience. Would definitely recommend!

Received daily texts starting on Monday, 7/24 confirming my car would be ready on Friday, 7/28 as originally stated and also received a phone call the morning of the 28th re-confirming my car would be ready and that I would notified when to pick it up later that day. By 4:30 pm I had not received a callback, so I called and was told my car would not be ready until Monday, 7/31.

After receiving car back. I was made aware they couldn't get my drivers headlight to turn on. After having it diagnosed it wouldn't turn on due to the bulb being damaged. Both headlights worked when car was dropped off. And secondly the front fender liner wasn't installed properly and was free hanging inside inner wheel well. And a bracket that holds secondary air pump to fender is missing and wasn't installed. Leaving pump hanging to get get damaged.

I just got my car back today. It looks great! I really like how Suburban kept me up to date, by text, on the the progress of my car. I was also given up dates by phone too. All the people I dealt with at Suburban were very professional.
