Staff was very accommodating during the accident I had with the rental car. I immediately received another rental car and was not inconvenienced. Repair on vehicle that was being repaired looks like new.

Repair was fine but malfunction light comes on when driving. Wasn't there before. I'm looking into it but feel I shouldn't have to figure this out.

The repair, so far seems to be OK. No issues there. I'm a little disappointed by how long it took vs how long they said it would take. It was dropped off in North Olmsted on April 9th. Geico came out on April 11th to do the estimate and indicated that the repair would be complete by April 17th which Suburban confirmed at the time. On April 14th, Suburban - North Olmsted said in order to expedite repairs and meet the completion date, that they were flatbedding my vehicle out to the Berea Location. On April 17th when I called to see when I could pick up my car, they indicated that it was going to be another week and not be available until April 23rd. I called on April 23rd requesting status and have to leave a voicemail message which included my phone number and requesting a call back. I never got one. I called again on Friday April 25th again to check status and again they said it was going to be a few more days. They said that the parts just came in that day. They also said that they would call me back on Tuesday April 29th to give me a status update. I asked them that if I didn't hear back from them on Tuesday, that I would be calling on Wednesday April 30th, which I did. When I called on April 30th, they indicated that an item was defective and that they would have to have it replaced and that they would overnite the part in. They did call me back on Thursday May 1st in the afternoon indicating that the car was done and being transported back to North Olmsted. I picked on the car the next day on Friday May 2nd. Again the quality of the work seems to be fine and for that I would recommend Suburban again. The expectations that they set though were apparently not realistic and I wished that they could of been a little more accurate in when they thought the repair would be completed. I adjusted my schedule twice to accommodate what I thought would be the completion of the repair. I had to adjust it a 3rd time to finally get my car back. Rich B

You replaced one headlight but not the other which makes the repairs very obvious and unbalanced. Also a technician left a blob of wax or rubbing compound (as I was told) on the interior door panel. One of your guys took it to the back and used lacquer thinner on it or something and it stunk up my car and the stain is still there. My family has used your shop for 40 years and this is the first time I truly feel dissatisfied.....
