Dealing with Geiko was the biggest pain in the **** insurance company I've ever dealt with. I've always got my repairs done at my OWN shop. I should have never had to drive 40min (closest location to me) for an estimate because one of THEIR clients hit my car, and then pretty much force me to get my car repaired there. Ridiculous. The repairs were done quickly and a great job was done and I'm appreciative... But I literally hope I never have to deal with Geiko again. The original agent that called me told me to look online for an appointment because he didn't understand why I wanted someone come do an appraisal... Who does that?

I did not have a good experience with Suburban. My experience started off speaking to a receptionist that was rude to me for no reason. Then, someone was supposed to call me and never did. Regardless of who slipped up, I was about to take my business elsewhere after the rude customer service and the estimator not returning my call for days. Finally, I worked with a new estimator. He was pretty rude to me on the phone in our last conversation as I was just trying to figure out when my car was going to be done and he got snippy. My car dealership spoke very highly of your work and that is the only reason I kept my business there.

I was very nervous leaving my car in someone else's hands, but Andy walked me through the whole process. Also, all the staff in the front was very professional and courteous. I also got regular email updates on how my car was doing and it was competed in time. Thank you for repairing my car!

Car work not completed when I arrived to pick it up. Airbag light still on, airbag diagnosis was performed. No documentation of results in computer. Car had to stay over the weekend until the diagnosis is verified.

I came to pick up my car and found a scratch and chunks of compound left where the bumper had been attached. After paying a pretty big deductible I expected the work to be pristine rather than sloppy. Luckily one of the detailers, Taylor, was still at the shop. He pulled my car in and fixed the spots I was concerned about. You should hire more people like him because whoever worked on my car in the first place did a half **** job. Thanks.

The work complered was superior in all respects. The staff was cheerful and informative, both shop and front office. They worked very hard to satisfy all of the parties involved and did it beautifully. What's unique about Suburban in my experience with collision repair s that your front office is as good as the repair facilities. Brad was especially helpful. I really liked the daily email I for updating me on the status of the job. It did away with calls I would have normally mase to see what was going on. I hope to not have any more accident, but if I do, I'd go back to Surburban in a minute. Thanks so much for doing such a good job.

My only annoyance was that I received a text multiple times stating my car would be ready by 6 pm that day and then each day moved to the next with another text, Wednesday thru Saturday with it not being ready.
Don't tell a customer, computer generated or by phone, that their car is going to be ready if it's not. Completion date means nothing if it's not real, so just wait and don't say anything until it is ready. Otherwise it produces disappointment for no reason.

Nothing, really. Things went smoothly. My car was done much sooner than the original estimate. It might be helpful if the time estimates were more accurate, but it wasn't an inconvenience to get the car back sooner in my case.

I expected the vehicle to come back washed and better cleaned. No guidance on taking care of the new paint? Did I miss that? The job bid was so detailed. The delivery was not. I wanted to love the experience given the text updates and personal service when I brought the vehicle in. The closure fell short though it was a day early. You asked.
