Every bit of the total repair experience was handled efficiently and professionally. Then entire front desk staff couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. I also work in a customer service field, and will make sure to recommend Suburban Auto to everyone I can.

Initially received daily status updates but then they stopped and I called in to get status. Was notified my car was ready but when I got there there were a few issues. Tape applied to window area was peeling off. Crease in rear between 2 panels showed body work and wasn't finished with paint or I noticed it. I I understand this happens but simple inspection upon completion would have identified issues I observed. My car is still I should for repair which is not issue but still not getting text updates. I appreciate the efforts and opportunity to provide some feedback.

Disappointing turn around time due to not doing their own estimate and just going with the insurance company's quote. Received weekly emails pushing back the finish date however, no reasoning or phone call as to why it was being pushed back repeatedly. Finally was able to pick up my car and found chips in the paint, scratches, glue residue, and paint over spray on the car. Now I have to return to have all those problems fixed. Completely unsatisfied with the entire process.

,Jason has promised to handle the last adjustments as necessary when I'm able to bring the car back and I have confidence that he will. But the rear bumper cover does not fit properly and needs to be corrected.

Suburban Collision Center has done an excellent job with **** my wife's old can and my truck. I dare you to find evidence of the work they do on your vehicle. The repairs look seamless and almost factory perfect! They can blend the repair work flawlessly into the original finish, no Matt the age/color/condition of the vehicle. Only problem was I was told car was in detail for two days, and it was really dirty when I picked it up. Repair was good, but detailing was not
