The car looks and runs great. Was really hoping that all would be well. When I dropped the car off I made sure to notify that the parking assist function was not working. I should have checked to make sure it was fixed before letting my ride take off because it wasn't fixed and now a return trip is necessary. When the car is out in gear, an alert that the parking assist feature needs service so I'm surprised it was missed.

Happy with the repair now. But a Part was missing had to leave it to get door adjusted. Was promised for the car to be dropped off instead I was told at noon that will have to pick it up. Which I could have had different arrangment which kinda ruined me afternoon plans. But as far as repairs after the adjustment I am happy

Good job. I appreciate John taking the time to explain what was involved to me. Most helpful. My one critique is that on the key tag, my car was listed as a Toyota Accord. My car is a Honda This minor detail may have been a joke between technicians but it worried me. Don't know my car make? What else was overlooked? Again, may have been a joke. Other than this, great job!

The car was returned without all the features functioning on car we had to return to Mercedes to have it reconnected. It was frustrating.

Repairs that were made on the Mariner the dented fender on right front side of car it doesn't even look like the car had been in an accident . Other than trying to figure out the defroster system of the dodge rental car especially while driving in a sever weather storm was a little scary. I did ask one of employees about an estimate on fixing the rear door on my mariner the window would open an once in awhile the whole rear door would open up upwards they forgot to check it it wasn't part of the accident involved, anyway he did look it up an said it could be the door mechanism itself which they would have to remove the panel to check it out but said it could possibly cost around 300,00-or more to fix it my Mariner looks brand new thank you all fir repairing it Kathy Gill
