Damage was left to the vehicle that was caused by the accident. It is not really Suburbans fault, but the claims adjuster. Still, that leaves me unsatisfied with the service I received.

Andy was a good organizer for the process as I came to Suburban before I had filed a claim. He was great to deal with and quickly moved the process onward. The car looks good. Maybe tomorrow I can wipe off the rain and inspect it carefully.
