I was not happy that the bumper's center is not well secured.i don't know why this not-original equipment could not be secured in the center. Other than that the work was good .

I was impressed that I was kept up to date of the progress of my car . I am also thankful that my car was not totaled when additional damage was found. Suburban handled everything concerning the insurance . A worry free experience . Many years ago, I dealt twice with another repair shop and was not as favorable experience . Thank you for taking such good care of my car.????

My bumper is still not repaired correctly, there are new scratches, and the van rattles in the rear when it never did prior to accident.... Mark was very helpful Saturday, he buffed the run that was supposed to be done and wasn't, he also took pictures of my above mentioned complaints. I feel that the geico shop was a quick fix, and not a quality fix. Shoyld have used the body shop I originally wanted to... Lesson learned.
