Couldn't have asked for more friendly and prompt service. Seriously, my car was done in less than 48 hours and I had updates the whole way. It doesn't get much better than that. One thing to note though, there's a small issue with the paint. The lip on the rear bumper doesn't look quite as dark as the rest of the bumper and when headlights are shined on the rear bumper some slight swirling appears. Not really a big deal, just wanted to have that noted in case it gets worse. All in all, you guys were awesome and I would definitely come to you for any future repair needs!

Everyone I delt with were extremely friendly and helpful. I was kept informed all thru the repair ! When I picked up my car you could not tell it was in an accident ! I would recommend suburban and Geico very highly !

My car was due to be in your shop for a week. I got automated status up dates by text for the first few days which was unnecessary because I wouldn't expect the car to be ready. But on the day it was due for pickup I was not contacted, which would have been helpful because the car wasn't ready.

Car wasn't ready. Repaired left turn signal light burnt out. Didn't function properly went back bulb was replaced. Then drivers door power window got stuck trying to put it up. Then it totally stopped working and was stuck in open/down position. Made my payment in full and still have to pay for rental because it was Friday night. My car won't be ready til next week. What else can go wrong!!!! This day ****! How about some feedback on these details?
