I did not get a post inspection overview ! I was told that both front mud flaps were going to be replaced because they only could be ordered as a apair but the passenger side was not replaced

Didnt get call backs, took way longer than it should have..got a text my car was finished, i made a special trip in and it wasnt finished, they said i would get a call when finished still didnt get ine which forced me to pay an extra day rental that my insurance didnt cover.. Very unhappy with my experience.

I was told that the car will be cleaned inside out before pick up however this was not done in addition I was told that in the collision center where I picked up the car at extension brookpark a courtesy polish for the entire car is done before delivery. I was told that this doesn't take more than 10-15 min. There are some little scratches here ad there in y car and I would have appreciated that.
