After having my van for about 20 minutes, I noticed it was not producing heat. The van was at operating temperature, but it was blowing cold air. I took the van back and after about 15 minutes of investing the problem I was told the radiator was defective and that it needs to be replaced. Included in the folder of information I received from Suburban was a check-list of items that the Geico rep. supposedly double checked and verified as being operational. The heat was one of those items check off as being operation. Obviously, the heat was not tested. This only makes me wonder what else did he not inspect? This entire experience has only made me mad because I did not take my van to a dealer for repair. I feel confident that the dealer would not have installed a used radiator. It also makes me mad that I was lied to by Geico as the rep. did not do his job by inspecting the van, not to mention they used a used part on my van, most likely from a totaled van. In short, the van should have been tested by the tech when the work was completed and it should have been tested by the Geico rep. and it was not. What else is wrong with the van and how long will it take for me to find it?

Window not set correctly and will not close completely, piece at the bottom of the window not set evenly, dirty inside including grease on the seats and a seatbelt, scratches on the outside of the car and metal at the bottom of the driver window. Those scratches were not there when suburban got the car. The final charge for repairs was over 2000 more than the estimate. I am extremely disappointed and surprised that this is the repair center of choice for Mercedes.

Had to take car back to repair shop as there was overspray on various places. Have now noticed that there is a chip in the paint on the corner of a panel and the trim on the window is not on correctly. Fairly disappointed in the quality of repair.
