Car wasn't not finished in a timely manner. Came to pick it up and it was filthy. It was cleaner when I brought it in and I had to go home and wait for the overspray to be cleaned. Your status text messages were desiving and I had to wait another day for the insurance company to approve the final bill. It was a total inconvenience for us to try to plan the pick up when we put off for a couple days!

I took my car to get cat repaired, and was treated like I had a cadalliac. Id also like to mention Enterprise for the rental car that was waiting for me when I dropped my car off. Superior service from Geico Insurance to Surban Collision and Enterprise Rental car. Great team work!!

Wally was great, explained everything to me and called me as soon as my estimate was approved. Everything ran on time and I liked the text updates. My car looks great and was nice and clean and you guys made everything so easy. I had never needed body work done before and was nervous but now if I ever need it again I'm calling you guys!

I have dealt with Suburban a few times. There is nobody else that I would have confidence with my Mercedes-Benz. Their new text messaging is wonderful. It is clear to me that you care for the customers. Your offices are clean and I feel comfortable. It seems to me that your staff enjoys their jobs. I can't say enough about John. Hopefully I won't have to go there again but if I have to I will be there post haste. Thank you so much for what you do.
