I jus appreciate perfection communication could have been better but they made sure I was accomidated

Everyone was very courteous and professional. I was very pleased with the timely information about the stage of the repairs.

Customer Service and continuing progress notifications were fabulous.

Really bad communication texts were out of sync with people in shop. No updates and didn't return calls multiple times.

The communication was less than poor throughout the entire experience. I was told I'd receive email updates, never did. I dropped the truck off on Monday 3/13, got it back finally on 3/23. The work that needed to be done absolutely did not warrant that time frame. I was told on Friday 3/17 that all that was left to be done was an alignment and that I'd have it back by Monday 3/20. 3/20 came and the alignment had not been done due to a cam bolt needing to be replaced. 3/21 came, alignment not done. 3/22, the cam bolt had been replaced and the alignment had been completed. I understand that this isn't a one job collision center, but, again, the time frame it took was less than impressive. I expect far superior service, especially from a well known dealer in the area. Definitely will not be recommending anyone I know to bring their vehicles to a Fox location.

I appreciate the extras like having my car cleaned inside and out. Also when I came back to get the garage door opener after dropping off for repairs you were very promt in getting it for me. When I came back to switch the rental for mine...the man that brought my car to me...offered to take the rental keys in and had my car all warmed up...and the job on the car looked great! Thank you

I think your team was extremely helpful and friendly. From the moment I walked in the door people were there to assist me where I needed to be. The front desk agent had a great smile and friendly attitude and the estimator was prompt, friendly, and efficient.
