Poor communication.when dropped car let staff know that coolant light is on and that the rubber around the door is loose.when picked car up after 2 weeks coolant light still on and the rubber around door still loose.tried too talk too staff about coolant light and issue wasnt resolved

Took way too long. It was mis-tagged when I brought it in so it never went in the shop for 2 days until I stopped in and asked what was going on. More damage was found so more parts had to be ordered (which is fine) but the shop never knew the replacement parts came in so the car sat an extra week without anything being done until I stopped in again to ask whats going on with it only to find out no one checked that the parts were in. A job quoted to take 3 days ended up taking 3 week. Micheal Gass was the only one that helped out a lot with good communication and checking up on my car even though the car was not assigned to him.

It would have been nice to have gotten an update on the status of my vehicle. I had been told it could take up to three weeks. However just as a courtesy call would have been nice. Otherwise great job!

A few things are off with my vehicle. I am going back in on Friday. ****. Window trim not staying in place. 2. Door handle light has issues. 3. Door appears to not be flush.

Original repair estimate was 4 days, didn’t get my car back for 15 days. Only received **** update, had to call multiple times to get anyone to answer.

My vehicle was suppose to be ready Monday by 5. I got a text at 9 am on Oct 8 and it said it was on target to be done and they’d contact me if there was delays. I never received another text or call after that. I had to keep calling and was never given any reason for the delay. I didn’t get to pick it up until Wed 2 days after I was originally told. Veronica said she’d call me if me vehicle was ready she never called I had to call her. No one ever answers the phones I always had to leave a message and she never called back so I had to keep calling.Your communication is not good and needs to be worked on. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to you guys and I did tell that to my insurance company.

Something was not connected correctly so one for would not lock. I had to return the vehicle to be fixed which required it to remain with you overnight causing an oil change appointment to have to be cancelled. The loaner, although greatly appreciated, was quite a cumbersome vehicle and very dirty and smelly. I completely understand that mistakes are made, but it caused quite an inconvenience and the staff did not at all seem apologetic. The girl in the office really did not appear to go out of her way sending us to the parking lot without much explanation of where the loaner was parked causing my son and I, loaded down with out belongings, to wander for quite some time to try to find it. After at least 5 or more minutes we returned, hot and sweaty only to wait for our turn again to be helped even though there was other staff back in the office. She finally asked another staff member who immediately told her the location. Not a major complaint, just an observation of the fact that the whole situation could have been handled much better. Now, more than ever, customer service is so very important.

Jeep looks good....Geico is who I am most dissatisfied with. Could have got more updates also when it was known that Jeep was not going to be completed on estimated day.

Vehicle was not completed on time and I was not notified of delays. Vehicle was supposed to be completed at 4 PM on Thursday. It was not completed until the following Monday. Furthermore, I received a text one day after picking up my vehicle, stating my vehicle was now ready for pickup??? Terrible experience.
