update text messages were very helpful to anticipating end date for repairs and planning quick pick up of vehicle. Explanations of how insurance and costs are addressed was clear and helpful. The actual work on the car was extremely good and the repair area looked like a new car.

Did not realize how long the process between scheduling and repairs was, but they ensured I had no issues with having a working vehicle, quickly found accident related repair work I hadn't noticed, and returned my vehicle shortly after starting repairs in great condition. Would use their services again!

My only recommendation is to give the customer more lead time as to when their car will be ready for pickup. Most folks cannot take off from work in just an hour or two - they need enough advanced notice to make arrangements to leave work and for someone to take them to the shop. I was called about my car late in the day and because Dad's closes at 4:00 PM I had to leave my car overnight and pick it up the next morning but was made to feel guilty about this (I was told my car would take up space the shop needed for other cars) even though I do not feel this was my fault.

Rental car was not available on time! Waiting for one hour, car is was still unavailable. Car rental company called me at 1359 pm; it is too late. I have not been experiencing like this situation before. It is very discouraging.

I am very happy with the repairs, my car looks great. I was unhappy that it took an additional 2 weeks to complete the repairs because not all the parts were ordered and thus not available at the time of my scheduled appointment. The back seat passenger seat belts were not ordered until after my car was already in the shop for a few days which caused a big delay. When i brought my car in for the initial estimate, I did tell both the office worker who helped me and the mechanic who looked at my car that all seat belts were locked, except the one for the front passenger seat.
