My main issue was how am I going to work every day If my car goes into the shop? Thank you for proving a loaner car during the fix. Without it I wouldn’t have been able to fix my truck. Also, great job on fixing my back.

In the beginning when I first got it estimated the female owner had said I think this can be repaired got on the phone did a virtual phone call with.my agent got the approval made an appt for me.. Sounds good right .. well. When came for my appt. she looks at the damages and says it not so friendly if that dashboard light was on we cannot fix your truck it's a total loss.. WTH I have brought my vehicles here numerous times but i have never been made feel like that.. Maybe she was having a bad morning. BUT I really made us feel.like wow we got the okay from our insurance to take care and now she saying TOTAL LOSS on the day of repairs. We did manage to still get it repaired by them and was happy with results.

I am over the moon with the repairs I got at dads they were very professional friendly and informative I got to say that’s the best I’ve ever been treated at an auto body repair shop! I highly Recommend dad's auto body will definitely be using them from now on!! thank you to the Entire staff in the office and in the paint booth!Awesome work!!
