My trunk doesn't open immediately when you use the key fob or the button on the car, but it purebred 3 mins into my drive, while the car was in motion. Also, the bumper is not completely aligned with the side panel of the car.

Alloy wheel not properly repaired. Called contractor on Friday as instructed. He could not come on Friday and stated that he would contact me on Tuesday morning. No contact, no repair. Unacceptable.

Even when a customer is paying out of pocket. Be sure you treat them as if it was a claim through the insurance company. A customer would still like to get the same service as claims customer.
