We are very happy with the work quality of the repair. The work progress updates we received helped us in planning our daily routine. The front office staff were so professional. In all, the shop workers and the office personnel are the reasons why your shop was highly recommended by Red. Now, your shop will have another source of referral. By the way, my son who uses the car and studies at Rutgers, uses the V&F Tote bag we were given at the office when he goes out. He used to have the "R" Tote bag from Rutgers that was already ripped. So, there you go with a walking ad going around the campus among other places. Thanks. - Fernando
