V&F came HIGHLY referred by my doctor. I went in for an estimate and was made to feel comfortable, immediately. Nicole was sweet and professional. She looked at my car and said she'd write an estimate as per my insurance requirements. Although I usually go to a local shop, I was willing to give V&F a try...and my husband agreed. Nicole, Nancy & Lisa were personable, funny and accommodating. They called Enterprise so that I could pick up my rental. The transition was seamless. I received near daily text alerts on the progress of my car. They even got my car back to me in a timely manner. The work was spectacular. Ginny (my car) looked amazing. She was clean, crisp and drove great. I'm a fan of V&F and will share my experience with anyone needing auto body work.

For convenience purposes ...please call/text Customers when their car is finished ,if possible, hours in advance instead of one hour before closing. I was rushing and was stuck in traffic after being called at 5:15pm.
