Very impressed with the entire staff's focus on customer service! The repair is perfect.

The staff was great and I know they did everything in their power to get my vehicle back on the road as soon as possible. They even called the insurance company for me a couple times! My only feedback is how hard it was to decipher between the emails and if they were written by a person or automated and which ones to truly believe. I think I would have liked a phone call/voice mail after about a week or so letting me know the progress and not just an estimated date of completion. I am very pleased with the services I received, my car looks beautiful! Thank you, Key! :)
