The job done was fine but it took 8 full days to have a rear door repaired. It's a company car so that may have contributed to the long time period but parts were supposed to be ordered and at the shop when the car was dropped off.

I have had the pleasure of using Key Collision in the past and had a great experience. This time there were delays that were not communicated to me until I called. It's exactly the delays that need to be communicated because those of the things that throw a wrench into one's plans. In the end, the work was done beautifully, but better communication would have taken a load off my mind.

If the car won't be done on the expected day by close, a phone call or text saying so would be greatly appreciated...preferably with enough time so appropriate arrangements (work, family, etc) can be made or adjusted.
