There was an issue with my wipers when i first picked up my car but was it quickly taken care of. Everyone that i met that works at Keys was pleasant and could not do enough to make sure i was happy with the work. I would use them again and have already recommended them to a couple of co-workers.

My vehicle was complete and I was told to come pick it up. They locked the keys inside it and I went to pick it up the next day. After getting over half way home I noticed I had no working lights on the driver side rear of my truck and had to bring it back. This was a complete pain in the **** considering I have no spare time so it was hard enough finding time to pick it up. Also this was in the middle of a snow storm leaving me completely screwed.

The entire process was so easy for me, the customer. From setting up the appointment through Geico, to the communication on the progress of the repairs from start to finish. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a clean car inside and out upon pick-up.
