Donna kept me in the loop the entire time I had my Nissan with Chuck Nash. Also I want to thank the guys in the shop for doing an excellent job. My Altima looks Great and it's good to have her back so quickly. Keep up the good work and thank you dearly.

After getting my car from you my AC went out. Then my car overheated. I have been unable to get a tow truck and am stranded. I am incredibly upset and I will be letting eveyone I know what has happened. I just hope the engine of my car has not been ruined. This is the worst nightmare!!!!!!!!!'

I got my car back and it still isn't fixed. It sounds like I'm driving with all my windows down plus a nasty rattle in my door. Then when I went to pump gas I still had tape around my gas cap (not a huge problem just makes me think they were in a rush) and lastly I went to open my back door and it appears that they have removed my spare tire and and everything was disheveled when I tried to close the compartment where the tire tools go it wouldn't close.(which leads me to believe that it is broken) I haven't returned my car because I work in Austin and have been busy getting ready for vacation, but I will be taking it in as soon as I get back. Needless to say I was very unsatisfied.
