I was surprised at pick up that no one showed me the repairs or asked if I was satisfied with the Repairs. I was disappointed by the amount of dust throughout the inside of the vehicle. When I went to leave I was told that they left the vehicle running to allow the engine to warm up, when I shut the engine off I found the battery completely dead with the interior light switch turned on, I’m very disappointed that they chose to lie to me not letting me know that the battery was dead, I was glad that I found out while I was at the shop that the battery was dead so that I could leave the engine running much longer than I had intended to since I had to run several quick errand that day. Had I not found out the battery was dead at the shop I would’ve been stuck in a parking lot somewhere which would have been much more difficult for my day. I was disappointed that they were not just honest with me and tell me that the battery was dead, that it needed to be jumpstarted, and therefore should be run for a while to allow it to charge. Honestly should be the only option. Because of this lack of honesty I would not consider returning to the shop or recommend it to others.

This is the 2nd time I used Abra, so professional. Had a rental waiting for me, contacted me everyday about progress, washed it, vacuumed it out and even got it back earlier than expected. I will use them again

Great job with the repair however, I asked for an estimate in a small ding that wasn’t part of the official repair due to the accident and you never contacted me to give an estimate and you didn’t repair it. Otherwise you all did a fine job.

Customer service from the front office was great, excellent communication and very friendly. The quality of the repair to my truck was substandard to say the least. Honestly I think that I could have done a better job in my driveway with a vibrating sander and a spray can of white paint. I will be returning the truck for further attention.
