At first when I got my car back everything was fine, but my care has blind spot monitors and a rare monitor for when baking up and they stopped working. I know that those sensors are located in the rare bumper which is where they did the work and I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for a few weeks now and I travel a lot for work so my free time is very limited... and yet till this day I have not been able to get a hold of someone to discuss this matter. I took my car to this located because I’ve been in the past no issues and that’s what made me come back, but this is very inconvenient

Sub Par repairs. Issues with quality of work and wormanship. Very little Quality Checks prior to handing vehicle over.
****. The hood is bent noticeably on the drivers side. I do no it is not an OEM hood but is aftermarket or sourced from LKQ(yes I know LKQ sells used parts). This is noticeable walking up to the car.
2. Over sanding and or over buffing, this resulted in paint damage to the drivers door. The damage is in the upper corner and was not present when dropped off.
3. Overspray- Both fenders above the wheel wells are rough to the touch which is apparent in an overspray of clearcoat or paint.
4. Hood is not seated evenly and you can tell the gaps are ****/8-****/4" larger from passenger to driver side.
5. Hood stop on the passenger side is missing. This part is the rubber piece that mounts to the fender of the car that allows the hood to sit flush.
