Overall an easy experience. Dropping off the car and setting things up was easy. My husband thought the multiple phone calls asking us when would like to get the work done were excessive. The accident happened just as we started a short vacation and he got calls almost daily until we were back and set up the appointment. One call would gave been enough.
The work done was excellent. Picking up our car was nice and we greatly appreciated the wash and vacuum.

After the repair of scratches due to vandalism, I did a walk around and found some damages made by the Precision Colision. The manager of the shop Rick took care of me by giving me a free rental and a promise to fix the damages. There is a strong solvent smell in the car cabin, other than that I am quite satisfy with the repair. The front desk person Catherine Richardson was not very helpful and quite hateful towards me. If it wasn't for Rick, I would rate this experience a negative.

This is the first time I experienced this type of repair so I had nothing to compare it to. It was not what I had expected. After the repair I saw some hairline cracks which were not present prior to the repair. Overall I was not impressed with the final result.
